San Angelo is a city located in the state of Texas. It is located in Tom Green County, where it is also the county seat. The last census taken in 2010 showed an official population of 93,200. Recent estimates show that the city’s population is 100,450 people. The city’s total area is 58.2 square miles, and it has a population density of 1,640 people per square mile. The city is the location of Angelo State University and Goodfellow Air Force Base, both of which have contributed to San Angelo’s growing population.
