Best Cities for Single Men 2024

What are the best cities for single men?

With dating apps and social media becoming increasingly popular, dating has never been easier. However, finding the right person can still be a challenge. A man’s luck with dating could be significantly better in certain cities.

What are the best cities for single men to meet their perfect match? When considering what makes a city the perfect place for a bachelor, factors such as the single population, the cost of living, and the social scene should be considered. Additionally, which cities allow single men great job prospects, the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and low crime rates?

A Nerd Wallet report considered three factors to determine which U.S. cities were the best for single men: availability of single women, dating affordability, median income, the social scene, and walkability score. Nerd Wallet looked at the number of single women for every 100 single men to compare a single man’s odds. Dating affordability was determined by calculating the price of a three-course meal and two movie tickets at a midrange restaurant in each city. The social scene was analyzed by calculating the number of arts and entertainment attractions and restaurants in each per 1,000 residents.

Based on these factors, the 20 best cities for single men in the United States are:
