- Potash production in the United States takes place almost exclusively in New Mexico and, to a lesser extent, Utah. A new mine in Michigan is scheduled to begin operations in 2025.
- In addition to the countries listed, other countries produced an estimated 440,000 tonnes of potash in 2024 and 435,000 tones in 2023.
