  • In addition to the listed countries, other non-producing countries experienced a significant decline in consumption, dropping from 155 tonnes in 2021-22 to 120 in 2022-23 (-22.6%), yet still accounting for 3.9% of global consumption. Similarly, Non-IOC (International Olive Council) countries saw a decrease from 28 tonnes to 24 during the same period (-14%), contributing 0.8% to global consumption.
