For example, Russia has been used in place of the USSR, and Czechia in place of Czechoslovakia, and Germany in place of both East and West Germany.
- No country has been used in place for Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia qualified as the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1930, as the Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia in 1950, 1954, 1958 and 1962, as the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1974, 1982 and 1990, and as the FR Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro in 2006.
